Let's be honest--who doesn't love this San Francisco landmark? Every time I pass by these pastel Victorians in Alamo Square, I hear the theme music from Full House, remember Uncle Jesse, and smile. "Everywhere you look (everywhere), There's a heart (there's a heart), A hand to hold on to..." So true, my friends.
These lovelies taste like a little piece of heaven. Every time I walk by Miette in the Ferry Building, I can't resist their allure and end up purchasing at least one for myself and one for whoever is lucky enough to be with me at the time. A native Chicagoan (city, not suburbs), MissGabbers relocated to San Francisco in 2008 after 5 years of living in New York City (Manhattan, to be exact). While the transition from the Big Apple to the Bay was difficult, she came to realize that her new hometown wasn't so bad after all. The only thing San Francisco lacks is her dear friends that she left behind. This blog is dedicated to her besties back in NYC, BKLYN and the CHI that would absolutely love living in San Francisco, if not for her presence, then for the multitude of the City's redeeming qualities listed herein, in no particular order.
